Group Chat is a real time communication service for your team, contractors, suppliers and customers. Group Chat and the interactive whiteboard are the basic elements of the virtual office that Sagekick is building. You can communicate with one or more people while moving from page to page within Sagekick. Your chat box follows you as you move from page to page in your project. In addition, you have full view of your chat history. The content of the chat is auto saved and could be viewed anytime. To start a chat session, just click on a user name or avatar in the chat box found on every page within Sagekick. To bring other members into the conversation, drag a user who is online from the chat control box to the chat text box.
If you want to leave a message for somebody who is not online, just click on his / her avatar. A message box opens which lets you leave a message. The person for you left the message, will see the message notification when logged in.
You can leave comments on Tasks, Status Reports or other Issues. You can also attach files to comments.
The Message Board is the perfect place for robust discussions among your team, suppliers, contractors and suppliers.
